Hanna at the age of 9 becomes incontinent. She is taken for an intrusive physical examination without her mother being present. Nursing and medical staff issue intimidating commands rather than engage with and explain to Hannah what is to happen and why. The impact of this in Hannah has long term consequences.

This video can be used as a training tool for healthcare professionals as an example of poor communication and of what not to do during a physical examination with a child.
