pocketbook

Young people’s voices have been put into action by the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health by creating a model of how young people expect their doctor’s consultations to be. Some of the steps of the model are representations of the young people’s concerns and suggestions in improving healthcare services. The model can be printed and used as a guide for a consultation with a young person.

This doctor’s pocketbook for talking with young people about mental health has been developed from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health’s research involving young people across the UK from different organisations and schools.
